This Palm Sunday (April 10), Sarah Fox (from Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church) and Andrew Levine (from the United Methodist Church of Danbury) join forces with a team of exceptional musicians and singers to perform a concert called: “Mysteries and Proclamations: Musical Reflections for Holy Week.”
This concert features a string quartet and vocal soloists who bring the “Five Mystical Songs” of Ralph Vaughan Williams to life. The music enables the listeners to reflect on the mysteries and proclamations that are woven into Palm Sunday celebrations and makes space for the depth, mystery and story of Holy Week, culminating in the coming joy of Easter.
The Concert starts at 3PM at the United Methodist Church of Danbury, 5 Clapboard Ridge Road, Danbury.
Tickets will not be sold at the concert, but donations would be appreciated.
