Union Savings Bank (USB) announces that Jeff McDonough has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Community Relations and will join the bank’s Executive Management Committee. He will also continue to serve as a member of the bank’s Management Council. The announcement was made at a recent USB Board of Trustees meeting.
McDonough, whose experience in human resources within the healthcare and banking industries spans 37 years, joined USB in 2015 as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Since that time, he has provided oversight to several departments including Human Resources, Learning & Development and Community Relations.
“During his tenure at Union Savings Bank, Jeff has made many significant contributions in his role as SVP, Director of Human Resources,” said Cynthia C. Merkle, Bank President and CEO. “He has led numerous initiatives, including our efforts on creating a more diverse and inclusive environment for our employees and customers.
