Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT Digital Zen Studios!
Three questions with Susan Wright, founder of Digital Zen Studios.
Why did you start your business?
I am a creative entrepreneur and wanted to bring all of the things I do under one roof. I have been in the printing and marketing business for many years for other firms and companies. I wanted to create a collaborative space that offered as many outlets for imagination as possible.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Custom design apparel decoration and embroidery. If you have a logo and want to put it on something, we are the place for you! We love special projects and opportunities to create solutions and cool final products.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
Susan would like to nominate Emily Taylor of Tailored Hair/Rise Extensions to be featured next - "She is a mentor and a great supportive member of the community!"
