This Week in the City, Mayor Dean Esposito welcomes Danbury’s students back to school!
From day one, Mayor Esposito has been focused on education. This year, he fully funded the Board of Education’s 2023-2024 $150 million budget request and broke ground on the new Middle School and High School on Danbury’s westside. We’ll also continue to build out the new district-wide career-pathways curriculum to give Danbury’s students the opportunity to not only get educated, but get prepared for a job.
Danbury’s teachers go above and beyond to provide our young scholars with an exceptional education, and we know that school year 2023-2024 will be a great one!
