Caraluzzi's Market Shelves are POPPING, Prospector Style!

On the heels of the exciting news that a Prospector Popcorn Factory is on the horizon, the gourmet popcorn brand is making even bigger waves! Prospector Popcorn has officially landed on the shelves of all four Caraluzzi’s Markets in Wilton, Bethel, Danbury, and Newtown, giving shoppers a chance to pick up a bag (or two) of their favorite handcrafted flavors while grabbing their groceries.

A recent photo captures the excitement, showing two Prospects outside Caraluzzi’s Danbury Market, proudly holding a delivery box of Prospector Popcorn. Inside, shelves are stocked high with dozens of colorful bags, ready to delight snack lovers across Fairfield County.

This expansion is just the beginning. Prospector Popcorn recently signed a lease on a 5,000-square-foot space that will soon become a state-of-the-art popcorn factory. This new facility will allow the brand to meet growing demand while furthering its mission of providing meaningful employment to adults with disabilities.

Founded by Valerie Jensen, The Prospector Theater, a 501(c)(3) non-profit and Prospector Popcorn is more than just a delicious treat—it’s a force for good. Every bag sold supports competitive and inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
