Why did you start your business?
I started my business to fill a need in the community. I saw an opportunity to help local people and my family at the same time.
Best selling product or service?
We do all things stoves, such as clean, repair, and install all brands both wood and pellet. Our best seller is our annual maintenance package. We clean your stove top to bottom, clean your vent pipe, combustion motor and housing, air chambers, and take out all of your components for individual cleaning and inspection. We also leave your glass looking brand new and shiny. We then start your stove and make sure it’s working as it should, if it’s not we do a complimentary diagnosis and tell you exactly what part you need and why.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We use all local businesses for parts and new stoves. BlackSwan in Newtown Connecticut is the biggest partner. We love working with them and refer work back and forth, as well as purchasing over 90% of stoves from their dealership.
