November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month
November is a month to celebrate pets who have a few more years under their belts. Senior pets are often overlooked by potential adopters, leaving many of them to spend longer than their fair share of time in the shelter. We know that seniors have a lot of life and love to give and deserve to spend their golden years in loving forever homes. Help us find families for the seniors currently in our care. Consider adopting a senior pet this month; you'll be forever rewarded with wagging tails, gentle purrs, and most of all, love.

Volunteer Orientation

You can make a difference in the lives of animals. Volunteering just a few hours a week can mean the world to an animal in need. If you want to lend a helping hand, DAWS is looking for new Cat and Dog Socializers.
