Ann's Place Reduces Hours Due to Revenue Changes Resulting from Pandemic

Ann's Place has announced that they will be closed this Friday, July 3rd and next Monday, July 6th in observance of Independence Day. In addition, they have changed their office hours and report that this is the result of funding and revenue changes due to the pandemic.

"Our reduced hours are a direct result of funding and revenue changes due to the pandemic. Ann's Place staff and volunteers acted swiftly and with great innovation to move programs and fundraising events online and to secure stimulus funding. While these efforts allowed us to sustain our financial position in the short term, we recognized that we needed to make changes to enable Ann’s Place to remain strong now and well into the future," Ann's Place explains.
Opening the physical building

It is still not safe for any group to meet at Ann’s Place. "We will continue to offer our wellness programs, support groups and individual counseling services virtually through to the end of 2020. In July, we will be testing some new procedures to allow up to 50% of our staff into the building. If this goes well, and CT continues its downward trend in the number of COVID-19 cases, we may begin one-on-one meetings in the office later this summer in low-risk cases," Ann's Place says.

As long as you social distance, you may visit the gardens and Labyrinth at Ann’s Place at any time.
