The Danbury Police Department Sergeant Rory DeRocco and Sergeant Stephen Hilderbrand were recently awarded as 2020 and 2022 Danbury Exchange Club Officers of the Year. The officers were recognized at an event at Anthony's Lake Club.
"We would like to recognize the Danbury Exchange Club, the Danbury Housing Authority for sponsoring the event and Anthony's Lake Club for hosting. Congratulations to Sgt. DeRocco and Sgt. Hilderbrand for your continued dedication to the City of Danbury," the Department wrote on social media.
