Danbury Public Schools, the Danbury Family Learning Center, Inc. and the Danbury Dome are sponsoring the first annual Danbury Community Resource Fair on Sat. March 24 form 10-2 at the Danbury Dome, 25 Shelter Rock Lane, Danbury, CT.
Agencies, schools and sports programs that offer summer camps and learning programs will be there to detail their programs and provide registration.
Activities for families will be available such as bouncers, the Princesses, Amber Alert, Danbury Police, Martial Arts, Danbury Public Schools Kindergarten Registration and a Scavenger Hunt will be featured. The event is FREE. "Stop summer learning loss by taking advantage of these programs. Danbury Public Schools wants children to continue to excel over the summer and this fair is a great way for families to learn about and take advantage of the opportunities Danbury offers," said Dr. Anne Mead, Co-Chair of the event.
