Presenter Lisa Farrell, MBA, will provide practical and useful tips on understanding online “bots” – the applicant tracking systems, how to nail your keywords, modern guidelines for résumé writing, drafting the summary statement and how to show some personality.
Prior to earning her MBA, Lisa was the administrator of a 45-attorney law firm where she was the hiring manager for a support staff of 60. Lisa has reviewed hundreds of résumés and is current on the latest résumé trends.
