CT Ancestry Society offers program at Danbury Library on July 7

Looking for free access to genealogy webinars, free how-to-guides for local research, free original records and more? The CT Ancestry Society will present a program on using FamilySearch.org on Saturday, July 7 from 10:30 to noon at the Danbury Library.

This is a well-known online service provided by the Church of the Latter Day Saints that can be challenging to use. Researchers can save themselves valuable time by attending this presentation coordinated by the CT Ancestry Society to learn how to navigate FamilySearch.org more easily to get the most out of your research time.

The program will be presented by Connecticut genealogical researcher, teacher, and French-to-English translator Bryna O’Sullivan.

The program is free of charge. Registration is not required. For more information about the program, call Librarian John O'Donnell at 203.797.4505, ext. 7713. The Danbury Library is located at 170 Main Street, Danbury, CT.
