Trish Lobenfeld will discuss and demonstrate how to make regular and gluten-free biscotti. She is the author of “Ultimate Biscotti: 75 Sweet, Savory & Gluten-Free Recipes.”
She has MA in food service from NYU and has taught courses in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies at NYU for ten years. She is also a Certified Dietary Manager and writes about food at honeypiesrecipes.com.
Her other books include Endless Summer: “54 Quick and Creative Ice Cream and Dessert Recipes” and a children’s book, “Scrambled Eggs.”
Biscotti samples will be available for attendees to taste. Author signing for purchasing her books will follow the presentation.
