Children's COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Saturday in Danbury, FREE, No Appointment Needed, Goodie Bags Too!

Danbury Health Department and Community Partners Hosting a Holiday-Themed COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic this Saturday for 5 to 18-Year-Olds

The Danbury Health and Human Services Department has partnered with Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC), Griffin Health and local businesses to host a holiday-themed Covid-19 vaccination clinic this Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the War Memorial gymnasium from 10AM to 1PM.

The clinic is an additional access point for parents in Danbury to bring their children to receive a Covid-19 vaccination. The special holiday-themed event will allow children to interact with City of Danbury emergency responders from the Police and Fire Departments, make a craft, and get a goodie bag.

The Danbury Health and Human Services Department and CHC will provide vaccinations for 5 to 11-year-olds; Griffin Health will be administering vaccines for residents aged 12 to 18. Children will be greeted with holiday decorations and cheer. Even Santa Claus is rumored to make a visit! In addition to receiving a vaccine, residents will receive a 20% discount to Thrillz & Jumpz, and one lucky person will receive two free tickets to “A Christmas Wish” musical at the Palace Theater on Main Street.

This clinic is free and no proof of insurance is needed.
