Mad Hatter Chorus 2022 Annual Show on June 4 at the First Congregational Church of Danbury

Do you love a cappella music? Enjoy a well-rung barbershop chord?

Do you have at least one ear?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you will not want to miss the Danbury Mad Hatter Chorus’s 2022 Annual Show, “On Top of the World.” It promises to be the best barbershop music performance western Connecticut has seen since… well, our 2021 Annual Show!

“On Top of the World” (which is how the chorus feels when it sings), is scheduled for 7:00 PM on June 4, at the First Congregational Church of Danbury, 164 Deer Hill Avenue, right across the street from City Hall.

This year’s show will feature not only the Mad Hatter Chorus and its quartets: Blue Moon, Kismet, Square Root of Sixteen, Rolling Tones, and The Brigadiers - but also Midtown. Based in New York City, Midtown is a dynamic, international award-winning vocal quartet that provides an entertainment experience that caters to all audiences and ages.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Children 12 and under are free! You can order tickets by following this link: http://madhatterchorus.org/

We also have a subscription service that allows you to stream not only this show, but many of the chorus’s past and future performances. To learn more and to sign-up for the service, follow this link: https://www.madhatterbroadcasting.com/

The Mad Hatter Chorus is a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society, an international body of men and women dedicated to the preservation of barbershop harmony, an original American art form. The chorus has supported community events and music education programs throughout western Connecticut since the 1960s.
