Community Event will Celebrate Glover Teixeira’s UFC Career and His Commitment to the City of Danbury
Today, Mayor Dean Esposito announced an event celebrating the career of Glover Teixeira and his commitment to the City of Danbury. The celebration will take place on Sunday, February 26th from 3:00pm – 5:00pm at the Portuguese Cultural Center located at 65 Sand Pit Road in Danbury. This event will be free and open to the public.
“I am honored to host this event in recognition of Glover Teixeira’s dedication to the City of Danbury. Glover is an excellent role model to so many throughout our community, and his story of perseverance and hard work is truly inspiring. I hope all Danburians will join us as we celebrate and honor my friend Glover Teixeira,” said Mayor Dean Esposito.
