Creating a Digital WorkflowTONIGHT in Danbury

Please join us on April 23, 2019, For an Educational Evening at the Candlewood Camera Club Meeting.  A special Presentation will be presented by CCC's own member Kevin Rabito.  The Subject is Creating your own Digital Workflow.

As photographers, we create a lot of images. Since we are all digital, we create a lot of files that include the image captured by your camera and a number of other images depending on what we do with that original image.

Having a workflow helps us get consistent results from the images we capture.  Gives us the ability to find that image in the future and prepare it for the end result which could be a print, digital image for competition or placed in the album.  Workflows have basic similarities but I like to think they are personal.  They are centered around how we work.

I’ll cover the basic parts of a workflow and using those basic’s to build a workflow.  We can’t forget the software, so will discuss that and then discuss using it to get the finished results.

Will also touch on keeping those images.  How many of us back them up?  There are some cloud base companies that are pretty easy to use and pretty reasonable in costs.

Our meetings are held in the Banquet Hall at Hatter’s Park located at 7 East Hayestown Road, Danbury CT. Our meetings start at 7:30 PM, but members normally arrive around 7:00 pm to socialize. We hope to See you soon!
