Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton just tweeted the photo you see here with the caption "Army getting ready to set up Field Hospital at Danbury Hospital."
This is not to take in people from New York or other areas, it's to deal with a triage system the hospital is set up as well as an "overflow" area for people who might now require may not require hospitalization but may have symptoms of COVID-19.
Mayor Mark said that 63 Danbury positive cases of COVID-19 in Danbury. He said that the War Memorial has been set up to offer shelter to the local homeless population.

According to the most recent update from the State of Connecticut, (today, March 25), a total of 875 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported among Connecticut residents. Cases have been reported in all 8 Connecticut counties. One hundred and thirteen patients were hospitalized, and 19 residents have died (12 in Fairfield County, 2 in Hartford County, 2 in New Haven County and 3 in Tolland County).
