Report COVID Violations to the Danbury Health Department

The City of Danbury now offers residents the ability to Report COVID-19 violations confidentially to the Danbury Health Department.

You can use the form to report any concerns you have about how businesses are operating during the COVID-19 crisis so the health department can follow up appropriately and ensure proper protocols are followed.
