(Danbury, Connecticut) – Today, Mayor Dean Esposito declared a Level 2 Snow Emergency at 5pm on February 27th 2023 and issued the following statement.
“At 5:00 PM on Monday, February 27th, a level 2 snow emergency is in effect for the City of Danbury. Parking is prohibited on city streets. To avoid having your vehicle ticketed and towed, please take immediate action and move to off-street parking by 7:00 PM tonight. The Patriot Parking Garage will be open free of charge starting at 5:00 PM to accommodate those who need space to comply with this weather emergency. Residents should not travel on City streets unless it is absolutely necessary.
