Paul E. Carr
Paul E. Carr, 71, of Danbury, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He was the loving husband of Terri (Pollins) Carr.
Mr. Carr was born on July 2, 1947, in Fall River, MA; son of the late Edward and Bernadette (Brodeur) Carr.
A Danbury resident since 1983, Mr. Carr was retired following 37 years with Union Carbide and 7 with Boehringer Ingleheim in various facilities site management positions. He volunteered as a troop and den leader for the Cub Scouts, and was a sharp wit and much loved by friends and family.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Terri, and children – Ryan Carr and his fiancée, Jessica Marin and their children Anthony, Karissa and Ralphiel; Dawn Carr and her husband, Ben Godwin and granddaughter Calliope; and son Michael Carr. Also survived by his sister, Bernadette Carr and his brother, Peter Carr.
Friends may gather on Sunday, December 2, starting at noon at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield. A Celebration of Life service will follow at the funeral home at 1:30.
