Realtor Lunch Series in Danbury to Focus On Real Estate Photography on March 13

Wrapping up the winter season of the ReStore Realtor Lunch & Learn Series, which comprised three monthly seminars that began in January will be Wednesday, March 13, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, featuring Rocco Valluzzo, owner of Danbury-based Middle River Photography, a full-service photography business focusing on real estate, portraits, sports and pets.

The free seminar will take place at Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore at 51 Austin Street.

Realtors are invited to expand their business opportunities learning how to choose a digital camera that suits their needs. Topics will include shooting interiors/exteriors. Basic photo editing and uploading photos to social media will also be covered. Valluzzo will also share with participants some of the latest trends in real estate photography from virtual staging to drones.

“Home buying used to be buyers flipping through the Sunday paper but today it’s all digital,” Valluzzo said. “Having the right photos — from dramatic exteriors to staged interiors — makes all the difference.”

The monthly Lunch and Learn trio of seminars is hosted by the Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTORS(NFCAR), Ridgefield Board of REALTORS INC (RBOR) and The Greater New Milford Board of REALTORS (GNMBR) in partnership with the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
