Rita P. Godfrey, 92, of Danbury, mother of Ann Godfrey, State Rep. Robert Godfrey and the late Rik Godfrey, died on Monday, August 5, 2019 at her residence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 121 Main St., Danbury. Private interment will take place in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury. There will be no calling hours.
Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
