Danbury Fire Department Thanks Trooper First Class Ed Anuszewski K-9 Texas for Longtime Service to City of Danbury

Members of the Danbury Fire Department are thankful to Trooper First Class Ed Anuszewski and his K-9 partner Texas for their service to the Danbury community. The duo is set to retire.

"As they are both winding down their very successful careers, Trooper First Class Ed Anuszewski and his K-9 partner Texas, stopped by the Danbury Fire Headquarters on Tuesday, Feb 18th. Texas has always liked Danbury, in fact, he took a two-day vacation here in our woods a while back and made some life long friends," Danbury firefighters said. They added, "Trooper Anuszewski and K9 Texas have saved the lives of a number of lost people and have tracked down their share of bad guys as well. The Danbury Fire Department wishes them well in their future endeavors."

Thank you for your service, from your friends at Danbury HamletHub.
