Rosalie Graczyk Joins Union Savings Bank in Danbury as New Senior Fiduciary Officer and Advisor

Union Savings Bank announces the addition of Rosalie Graczyk as a Senior Fiduciary Officer and Advisor. Graczyk will work with clients to develop and implement estate plans based on their goals and aspirations for their financial future.

“Rosalie is a strong addition to the Union Savings Bank team,” said Rick Judd, Executive Vice President, Wealth Management of Union Savings Bank. “Her broad array of experience in fiduciary and estate administration, investment management, and taxation and accounting brings valuable knowledge and a diverse skillset to the team.”

Graczyk will work closely with her colleagues on the Trust and Wealth Management team to ensure the recommended estate, trust and charitable giving strategies are in harmony with the client’s total wealth management plan. She brings over 35 years of extensive experience to the team and has worked with managing client relationships and fiduciary administration.

Graczyk maintains a degree in legal studies and a minor in business administration. She has also been awarded the Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification, by the American Banking Association (ABA) a professional designation that demonstrates knowledge and ability in the field of trust and financial advice.

Additionally, Graczyk is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County and the Planned Giving Group of Connecticut, which provides ethically focused gift planning education, training, and advocacy to development professionals. She is also the Chairperson of the Investment Committee for St. Joseph’s Church in Stratford, CT, where she works with the church’s financial consultant to invest and distribute funds to the Endowment Fund.

Before joining Union Savings Bank, Graczyk worked as a Vice President, Senior Trust Officer and Fiduciary Strategist at Key Private Bank in New Haven, CT and was also employed at BNY Mellon in New York as Vice President, Senior Trust Portfolio Officer and Relationship Manager where she managed high net worth client relationships. In addition to her many years as a Trust and Fiduciary Specialist, Graczyk also counseled and supervised paralegals and associate attorneys in the trust and estate practice at law firms such as Blair & Potts in Stamford, CT and Day, Berry & Howard LLP, one of the premier estate and trust law firms in New England.
