Thrillz Offers Corporate Team Building To Challenge, Motivate, Inspire

Companies dedicated to creating an energized workforce look to corporate team building as a way to enhance their team dynamics. Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park has announced its entry into the team building market by offering customizable game-winning team building programs.

“We offer corporate team building programs that we can customize to offer game-winning strategies to meet your company’s needs. Your corporate Ninjas will have fun while being challenged and motivated to work better together as a team. Our team building exercises can be adapted to both small groups and large groups. Taking a company’s staff out of their normal work environments and asking them to function in new ones, with new experiences, requires them to use their skills to adapt,” said Lisa and Rob Cannon, co-owners of Thrillz, a high flying adventure park and world-class entertainment destination.

Connecticut’s newest action/adventure park, Thrillz offers high-flying challenges that are well suited to motivate, inspire and challenge employees to deliver tangible results. Without harnesses to hold them back, employees will literally attain new heights working together as a team, to meet challenges.

“Whether you are looking to reward and motivate your team, develop the proven skill-set and leadership abilities of teams, or hone your teams’ physical and mental fitness, we have a solution to suit you,” Lisa Cannon said. “Our team building specialists will work with HR directors and executives to design a program that is tailored to a company’s particular needs.”

An engineering team from a prominent company in Danbury, Conn., recently utilized Thrillz to offer team building to its 15 senior engineers and was impressed with the results. Rob Cannon reported the company spokesman told him that they were immediately sold and that their engineers learned valuable skills in teamwork that will translate to better interdepartmental communication while having fun.

Team building exercises are integral to corporate cultures, he added. “Your employees will have a memorable, fun-fueled adventure they will long remember and will give them skills they can use in the workplace. A firm’s success is largely based on how a group of hard-working individuals come together to solve problems. At Thrillz, we provide as many opportunities like this as possible.” Packages range from 3 ½ hours to a full day.
