Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story.

You're IT S.B. Nickse Law Offices!

Three questions with Stephanie B. Nickse, Attorney at Law, SB Nickse Law Offices.

Why did you start your business?

I opened S.B. Nickse Law Offices because I wanted more for my clients and my career. 99% of the client files that S.B. Nickse Law Offices handles are legal disputes that resolve pre-suit or in litigation, arbitration and/or mediation.  Clients hire me because they appreciate my professionalism, experience, advice, advocacy and results and clients refer their acquaintances, friends and family to me for the same reason.  As a result, I have the privilege of owning a thriving Fairfield County law practice and I am able to volunteer some of my time to certain nonprofit groups as a way of giving back to the community that I also call home.

What is your best selling product/service?

My firm’s best-selling service is the handling of legal disputes arising from business contracts, construction, foreclosures and other real property cases, as well as landlord-tenant disputes that resolve pre-suit or in litigation, arbitration and/or mediation.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I use and I am thankful for several businesses in the community that support my law firm including but not limited to Union Savings Bank, Stark Offices, and state marshals and investigators.

SB Nickse Law Offices, LLC is located at 100 Mill Plain Road, Third Floor in Danbury, Connecticut. Call (203) 546-3450, email snickse@sbnickselaw.com or visit the practice online here.
