Danbury Library is turning 150! Come celebrate on Wednesday, June 5 from 5 pm - 7 pm on the Library Plaza.
Enjoy delicious fare from local food trucks (Halal Guys, Cinnamon Churros, Rice and Beans CT, Fork in the Road, and Mama's Empanadas), dance to live music by the band RSVP, and be entertained and delighted by Vanilla Swirl the Clown’s magic tricks, balloon twists and face painting. Visit the arts and crafts station to make something fun to take home or find a new beach read at the Friends of the Danbury Library book sale table. Get there early, as the first 150 attendees receive a cupcake courtesy of ShopRite Danbury. This event will be canceled if there is rain.
