Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT iTechFixit!

Three questions with Michael Espinal, owner and master technician at iTechFixit.

Why did you start your business?

The reason why I started my business was because I saw a need for mobile repair technicians in my area.  My business is built around those who are busy and have little time to spend waiting in line at a brick and mortar repair shop.

Finish this sentence in regard to your business. “I wish I could…”

I wish I could be the ”Uber” of phone repair.  My goal is to create a platform that employs technicians all over the state who are ready to repair any device with a call or click of a button online.

What is your best selling product/service?

My best selling service is the iPhone screen replacements. As apple stays on top as the best seller of smartphone devices, it will stay as my best selling service. Unless this changes I do not see this service changing!
