Why did you start your business?
I started this business so that I can help others reach their fitness goals. I began this journey as a client after suffering a back injury. I then found Pure Physique. After helping me recover and reach the best physical shape of my life at the age of 45, I then started working as a trainer for Pure Physique. Now as an owner, I can help more people get fit and healthy.

I wish I could help the people of Danbury understand the importance of resistance training.
What is your best selling product/service?
Our best selling service is our GRT(group resistance training) classes. This service is never more than 4 people per trainer so that we can provide high-quality training to our clients. In a fun, energetic atmosphere, we push our clients in a safe, controlled way to deliver the results they are looking for.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We use several local businesses to support our own. Crystal Rock provides us with fresh water to keep us hydrated throughout the year with timely deliveries. Signarama helps people notice us with great looking signage. Kibberia has delicious tasting foods that our guests love.
Doug would like to nominate "The Secret" hair studio to promote next. "They are our neighbors here in the plaza and we've heard so many good things about them from our clients. I think that they deserve to be promoted."
