What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
Please remember all the small businesses in your community. Due to COVID-19 so many have closed down or have made adjustments. Purchasing gift cards or even sharing their social media pages can help a small business greatly.
Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
In addition to my etched glasses, I now provide custom ceramic coasters, mugs, and ornaments. This gives my customers an opportunity to attach pictures to the products for gifts. I’ve also dedicated more time to orders and decreased my production time from 3-5 days to 1-3 days for small orders so all orders are shipped out right away.
Yes! I’ve been a member of Hello Fairfield County which is a social media consulting group out of Ridgefield. They’ve done an amazing job promoting small businesses in the county. With help from them, my business received a tremendous amount of support this year.
