Why did I start the business?
I was on the Board of Directors for the condominium complex I lived at. The Board was not happy with the service and we had gone through two management companies over the past two years and I was doing most of the work. The Board suggested I start a company and handle the property. This was in 1998. I stayed part-time with it for three years then took it full time.
What is your best selling product/service?
We are a property management company handling condominium associations in the Danbury area and we provide personal service, we are hands-on visiting properties on a regular basis.
We try to use all local businesses for everything:
- Carpentry: Perfection in the Making, Katsuranis Construction
- Painting: Mohawk Painting, DB Osborne Painting
- Landscaping-snow removal: Alliance Maintenance, MK Landscaping, A-Z Property Maintenance, Three Brothers Landscaping, CML Landscaping
- Electricians: DaCunha Electric, CP Electric, Shock Electric
- HVAC: Donnelly Heating & Air Conditioning
