Why did you start your business?

I started The DigiTree because I saw a need in my community when it came to having a low-cost marketing solution. I wanted to provide an all-in-one marketing and communication platform for local businesses so they can grow without having to spend advertising dollars on social media or without having to learn new skills.

At The DigiTree we understand that local businesses owners already have a lot on their plate, so we provide full account management of our client's accounts so they can focus on what they do best. This point is what separates us from our competitors.

What is your best-selling product/service?

The DigiTree is a messaging and reviews software solution that gives the local business owners ALL the necessary tools they need to grow their business. Our best-selling product is our Pro Plan subscription, which is only $375 per month. In this one plan, they get all the necessary tools, that will automate their Google and Facebook reviews, will give them the ability to text their customers, will bring all customer communication in one streamlined inbox, webchat widgets on websites to capture website traffic, ability to create funnels and websites (Facebook, Google, Instagram, SMS, email marketing) and so much more, I can honestly go on and on.

But again, I would like to reiterate that we don't expect our clients to start using this and get results, that's where our Account Management team comes in.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

Yes! We started as a marketing agency, but I soon realized that I would not be able to serve small businesses due to them not having budgets to hire a marketing agency, hence why we came up with The DigiTree our low-cost marketing and communications platform.
