Danbury Farmers’ Market Opening Day, Saturday, June 25th at 10:00 a.m.

Danbury Farmers Market is back on the Danbury CityCenter Green, Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. through October 29^th, featuring the best local produce, eggs, honey, jams, flowers, bread, granola and much more!

Parking is available at the Patriot Garage, right next across the street from the market.

Lots of new vendors are joining us this year including many craft vendors. Not only will we have great produce, and things to shop for, but we’ll have live entertainment for you to enjoy while you’re there. 

Live music by Justin Chan and the Vices, fun dance class by Just Dance Studio along with a special Macaroni Kids Family Fun Zone all brought to you by Union Savings Bank of Danbury. Face painting, GIANT Tic Tac Toe and Connect Four will be waiting for the kids to play.

Our veggie treasure hunt for kids is back – with bubbles as the prize.

In its 12^th year, the CityCenter Danbury Farmers’ Market, a project of the Danbury Farmers’ Market Community Collaborative with 35 community stakeholders, continues its nutrition-in-action program with the mission: “Better Food for Better Health.”

Many nutrition incentive programs are offered, with generous support from the Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, End Hunger Connecticut!’s CT Fresh Match Program and many other local businesses and organizations.  

• CT SNAP Match (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) formerly food stamps, accepted and matched at any dollar amount.
• Double Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) vouchers for

seniors and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) recipients

• Live market food/nutrition demos with market cash incentive. Limited spots so sign up early.
• Veterans (with vet ID) receive $10 in market coins per market.
• HARTransit is free at this time.
