You're IT Michael Rosenbaum Alternative Choices Natural Healing (ACHT)

Four questions with Michael Rosenbaum.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business over 20 years ago because I wanted to help people find an easy and successful way to overcome emotional triggers and negative patterns in their life. I also wanted to show people that they were way more than just their daily activities but have a higher self that they could access to create a sense of well-being in their lives. I call my business Alternative choices natural healing because it gives people an alternative and is complementary to the normal medical and psychological treatments available.

What is your best-selling product/service?

The services that most people come to me for are anxiety and stress reduction and also weight reduction and overcoming insomnia.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I use a local nutritionist and yoga teacher in Pound Ridge, NY (Renee Simon). I also operate in and refer people to Grow Wellness in Ridgefield, CT!

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

In the last few years, I have expanded what I offer to include more spirituality in it and also teach classes in this and meditation.
