Please be advised that due to the hot and humid weather forecast for this week, Danbury War Memorial and Danbury Library will be available as cooling centers.
The CT Department of Emergency Services is reporting temperatures to reach near 90F today, Wednesday, as well as Thursday and Friday. Combined with humid air and some smoke from Canada (on Thursday) conditions could be uncomfortable. Cooling Centers will remain open through Sunday, July 9.
