Last week, Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton appeared on Fox Business Network's Mornings with Maria to discuss his plan to eliminate the income tax in Connecticut. Boughton has formed the Comeback Committee and hopes to run against Dannel Malloy for the position of governor of Connecticut.
