An Affordable Housing Plan is required by State statutes and must be adopted by June 1, 2022.  Policies addressing affordable housing and presented in the Plan will also be incorporated into the City’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) which is currently being updated.  This coordinated planning process will ensure that Danbury addresses the affordable housing needs of its residents.
