Danbury's Stand Together Make a Difference unveils opioid video on June 21

Danbury's local prevention council, Stand Together Make a Difference, has collaborated with community leaders to produce a video to educate the public about opioids. 

The video will be unveiled on June 21st at 2:30pm at City Hall during a press conference where community leaders, our senator, legislative representatives and residents will be speaking about opioids.

The mission of Stand Together Make a Difference is to promote healthy life choices through a collaborative community effort. STMAD is dedicated to promoting awareness and education by focusing on the impact of substance abuse, mental health issues, suicide and other public health concerns.

All STMAD meetings are open to the public and are held the first Monday of each month excluding July. 6:30 PM, 91 West St lower level, Danbury, CT. Learn more here.
