The Women’s Club of Danbury/New Fairfield, the United Methodist Church and Dorothy Day collaborated to provide 100 nutritious sandwiches on January 27, 2020 for the Dorothy Day Hospitality House lunch program.
The project, coordinated by Sheila Macauley of WCDNF and Lynn Taborsak of Dorothy Day, is part of a national effort of the Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs to fulfill 1,000 service projects for Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.
