Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT Wave Services!

Wave Services is proud to announce new leadership at the helm for the 2023 summer and the summers that will follow. Meet the Wave Services team here.

Four questions Wave Services.

Why did you start your business?

As incoming college students all majoring in business/finance-related topics, we were looking for experience in the business world while also looking to serve our hometown community.

What is your best-selling product/service?

Our best selling service is our weekly summer camps which run from 10 am to 1 pm each day (Monday-Friday) and we also offer a ride home for each camper at the end of the day.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

Currently, we use Palmer's Market and Cove Marina mini golf to help support and supply our business.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

Under our new group of owners, we have continued the reputation and consistency of wave services and continue to supply the same services that we always have.

Wave Services team would like to nominate Authentic Athlete to be featured next!
