Volunteers are needed for this year's Stamford Hospital Health Wellness & Sports Expo 2013 at Chelsea Piers Connecticut to assist with parking, set up and break down. Hours are Friday, Sept. 20 at 5 p.m. for set up, Saturday, Sept. 21 and Sunday, Sept. 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for parking and Sunday, Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. for break down. The expo, which features free health screening by Stamford Hospital and a variety of exhibitors, also collects food and donations for the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County.
