ABC Darien College Tailgate Gala on October 20!

A Better Chance (ABC) of Darien invites you to its 2018 College Tailgate Gala on October 20, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Wee Burn Country Club (410 Hollow Tree Ridge Road, Darien). The event features live entertainment by Live Entertainment by Big Deal and  Guest Emcee Dana Tyler.

Since its founding in 1981, the mission of A Better Chance Darien has been to provide talented young girls of color from inner cities a top notch high school education in preparation for college.  For over 35 years we have been dedicated to helping scholars graduate from Darien High School and go on to earn four-year degrees from competitive colleges, changing the course of their lives, the lives of their families and future generations.  In 2014 we moved the program into our new home at 103 Tokeneke Road.  In our new location we will be able to expand the program to house and educate eight scholars each year. 

At this year's Tailgate Gala, ABC Darien will highlight the colleges and universities our scholars have attended such as Columbia, Cornell, George Washington, Syracuse and MIT.
