Register for The Community Fund of Darien’s Road Race

Ready, set... sign up for the 41st running of The Community Fund of Darien’s “Darien Road Race!” 

This year’s event will take place on Sunday, September 19^th at Pear Tree Point Beach and includes a 1.5 mile Fun Run (9:00 am start) and 5 mile race (9:45 am).  The family-friendly morning will feature “The Finish Line” tent with music, games, sponsor booths, silent auction and an awards ceremony. TCF’s Darien Road Race, sponsored by Mirador, brings together families and athletes young and old to celebrate the spirit of our town and support our neighbors.  Registration is $50.00 and $25.00 for all children 12 and under. 

All proceeds from TCF’s signature fundraiser will be allocated to a population that has been hit especially hard by the pandemic - our youth.  The first 500 registered participants will receive an official 2021 Darien Road Race t-shirt.

The silent auction items will be available for viewing prior to the race via AccelEvents (https://www.accelevents.com/e/darienroadrace) and will close at 12:00 pm on Monday, September 20th to give runners, spectators, and for those not in attendance an opportunity to participate. Not a runner but want to show support from the sidelines and help raise much-needed funds for vital programs and services for Darien, Norwalk and Stamford youth?  Become an individual fundraiser or create a team fundraiser for The Community Fund of Darien!  Teams can be made up of family members, office/work associates, friends, high school teams or clubs, sports fans or any group that wants to make a difference in the community.  Sign up information is available on the TCF website.  The event has raised more than $1.1 million over the years to benefit our neighbors with critical needs in Stamford, Norwalk and Darien.
