Darien Library and Ferguson Library Present an Evening with Zakiya Dalila Harris

Darien Library and the Friends of the Ferguson Library are proud to welcome Zakiya Dalila Harris, author of the instant New York Times bestseller The Other Black Girl for a special program.

Get Out meets The Devil Wears Prada in Harris’ electric debut about the tension that unfurls when two young Black women meet against the starkly white backdrop of New York City book publishing. The Other Black Girl is a whip-smart, dynamic thriller and sly social commentary that is perfect for anyone who has ever felt manipulated, threatened, or overlooked in the workplace. The book will keep readers on the edge of their seats until the very last twist.

This event will take place on Thursday, September 30 at 6:30 p.m. The registration for the in-person event at Ferguson Library is now full, but attendees may register to watch the event virtually. Register on Darien Library’s website at http://www.darienlibrary.org/event/5179.
