Travel through the United States’ national forests from the comfort of home with Darien Library, Darien Nature Center, and Barrett Bookstore.

Author and former director of communications at the National Forest Foundation Greg Peters will discuss his latest book, Our National Forests, in a virtual conversation. Learn the stories of our country’s most beautiful landscapes and the people who keep them alive and thriving: citizen scientists tracking wildlife populations, dedicated members of the Forest Service overseeing sustainable timber harvests, and everyday advocates for responsible usage and equitable access.
