Darien Library and the Friends of Ferguson Library are thrilled to present author David Michaelis in a special program that examines the life of Eleanor Roosevelt.
In Eleanor, a New York Times bestseller, David Michaelis paints a portrait of Eleanor Roosevelt as an avatar of democracy whose agency as America’s longest-serving First Lady, diplomat, activist and humanitarian made her one of the world’s most widely admired and influential figures of the 20th century. Michaelis will discuss his newest title and delve into his inspiration behind writing a biography of a great American icon.
This virtual event will take place Thursday, December 16 at 6:30 p.m. Register online at www.darienlibrary.org/event/5398.
