Learn the Value of Gratitude at Darien Library

Darien Library and Barrett Bookstore are pleased to present an evening with two authors whose work centers on being thankful.

Gina Hamadey and A.J. Jacobs will speak about their unique experiences of applying gratitude in their everyday lives. In her newest book, I Want to Thank You, Hamadey spends a year writing daily thank-you notes and valuing the magic of sharing gratitude with others. In Thanks a Thousand, Jacobs sets on a journey to thank every person involved in producing his morning cup of coffee, bringing him across the globe.

If one of your new year’s resolutions was to be more connected with your community, this program is for you. “An Attitude for Gratitude with Gina Hamadey and A.J. Jacobs” will take place virtually on Thursday, January 20 at 7 p.m. Register online at www.darienlibrary.org/event/5498.
