Newly added live virtual art workshops for adults and high school ages and older, include Coffee and Draw with artist and DAC instructor Joel Flora, who leads a series of drawing exercises while participants sketch at home. Coffee and Draw workshops take place from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on April 16 (Still Life), April 23 (Landscapes) and April 30 (Portraits). From the Kitchen with Nancy McTague-Stock takes place on Tuesday, April 21 from 10-11a.m.
Nancy will lead participants on how to draw a still life, using anything from the kitchen, whether it is a bowl of fruit or flowers, or whatever is on hand. Fee for adult workshops is $10.

Join artist and DAC instructor Joel Flora on Thursday morning with your coffee and learn drawing techniques from the comfort of your own home. Joel will lead you through a series of exercises as you sketch home objects of your choice. Come relax, and get creative! Please register for class by 8pm the evening before to ensure you receive the Zoom link.

A picture (photo, magazine image, etc) of a landscape to use as inspiration
April 30th - Portraits

A picture of a person you would like to draw to use as inspiration for the portrait lesson
