Darien Police Commission Chairman J. Paul Johnson Retires, First Selectman Jayme Stevenson Offers Proclamation

Darien Police offered words of congratulations and gratitude to Darien Police Commission Chairman, J. Paul Johnson who retired yesterday after 32 distinguished years of service.

"Commissioner Johnson has been directly involved in the hiring of all but three sworn police officers currently serving the town," Department members say.

First Selectman Jayme Stevenson has officially and proudly proclaimed, that Wednesday, September 18, 2019, is “J. Paul Johnson Day.”
